Remember that I have had over 45 years of working with women – and teaching acupuncturists how to undo what seems hard – but is actually always a mix of not enough nutrients getting to where they are needed – and the circulation of wastes not regulated. Also when your structure (e.g. ovaries are not positioned – or your womb aligned – as designed, it will make a right mess of any attempt to give you oral or topical fake (to you) chemical to replace what your body is presently not doing well. SO this is radical if you are used to being a ‘good girl’. If you are a fellow black sheep – you will be very grateful that someone is speaking sense/what works.

An easier life as a woman and easy periods/aging awaits you when you ask Mother Nature what she has in store for you.

Hormones seem to be the blame holders for everything women experience – do you know what a hormone is and does?

What are they?
Hormones are messengers.
What messages are they telling you?
Too tired, worn out? Not enough nutrients to run the body?

Having your gut work as intended is vital – as the absorption of nutrients is so important. . That is why we eat after all.

All working as it is designed to – every week of a menstrual cycle doing something different. All to make a hopefully PERFECT baby nest. If/when not needed – it sloughs off and begins again . . for decades.

Are we living the life we were designed to – a large consideration

Have we been looking after ourselves, or playing fast and loose? We may get away with this in our youth – but it catches up with us – aging us faster than we could have had we been more conservative with our sleeping, eating and living habits.

And the Blood energy – that makes or breaks a woman.

We go back to her looking after herself and thus her food factory (gut). To make the ingredients needed for easy periods/pregnancies/babies and lives.

Emotions? If not expressed, all starts falling apart – as the Liver Qi has to move. We are back to her looking after herself, and thus her food factory to make the ingredients needed to make an easy life – and periods/pregnancies/babies and life.

All has to flow on a body – this needs observing. When we are not being honest with ourselves it set up an inner war with eventual endo/cancers and all in between. Along the way – the gut horrors, aches and pains and ‘expected’ women’ troubles – yes – not speaking it and saying.meaning NO.

Life (body not listened to) then starts to run amuck . . Balance lost.

Liver QI not flowing – as you do not think it ‘your place’ or safe to say/do anything – so you (we all do) bottle it. It festers. Eventually will blow its top

Are you so peeved/distressed that the life-long pent up rage and fury are now uncontainable? As you travel through the month, the changes in the state of your Qi and Blood dictate you DO something . And yet still you sit on it and try to ‘be nice’? PMS/PMDD


Is this the one time you can’t not be/you HAVE to be honest as it erupts out of you?
