HOW YOU FEEL?

Not only the physical fluids need to flow: your emotions (inner climates) must move.

If your Blood energy is abundant, you are well nourished, and your life has been stable, you likely do not have an angst burden..
if not – there are likely monthly outbreaks. Called being ‘hormonal’ you are actually more real when there is more of you and the Liver Qi moves.

All has to flow in a body. When we are not being honest with ourselves it set up an inner war with eventual endometriosis /cancers and all in between. Along the way – the gut horrors, aches and pains and ‘expected’ women’ troubles – yes – not speaking it and saying.meaning NO. Volcanoes ahead .. OR – undo what Bonsai’ed you?

Emotions? If not expressed, all starts falling apart – as the Liver Qi has to move. We are back to looking after self, with a gut/ food factory able to make the ingredients needed to make an easy life. Thus easy periods/pregnancies/babies and life.

Perhaps look back to all that is LIVER QI related.
Life – you have to be in motion – in all parts – especially feelings.

Can it be so hard to be truthful?
If you are socialised into being good and all apparently coping with you – YES – but
What if something is out of alignment? Like your entire life as you were broken and all think it is ‘behind’ you?

Life (body not listened to) then starts to run amuck . . Balance lost. When you play the game – as you do not think it ‘your place’ or safe to say/do anything – so you (we all do) bottle it. It festers. Eventually will blow its top. – Liver QI not flowing – will always mess with the rest of your body/life.

Problems grow. Are you so peeved/distressed that the life-long pent up rage and fury are now uncontainable?

Traveling through the month, the changes in the state of your Qi and Blood dictate you DO something . And yet still you sit on it and try to ‘be nice’? PMS/PMDD. Is this the one time you can’t not be/you HAVE to be honest as it erupts out of you?

How to tone yourself down?
Be honest – you must change. Or your body wlll get more broken, with ever increasing outrages.
1 – Let go what is eating /firing you up.
2 – Accept all that has been.
3 – Move into an easier NOW?? Who does it serve to try to patch things up as your body can’t cope.
How can you BE in a life where you are ‘on fire’ all of the time? RAGE. FURY – always blaming others . . .

Maybe feeling justified – but – at what cost?? Wearing self out for a noble cause – maybe? Arguing against being woman?
Tends to get the better of us as we become Blood weary – worn out and look /feel older than we need to be.


Look after your life and your self better – and the ‘hormones’ will stop yelling at you!
